SHIPPING INFORMATION Orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day subject to availability. We normally ship UPS. Items exceeding UPS limitations will be shipped freight collect by common carrier. We reserve the right to ship from any location depending on availability of the product. All shipments are F.O.B. DAMAGE/SHORTAGE If received via UPS, make sure you retain packing slips and call carrier for inspection. Sign only for the pieces you receive. Require UPS to return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself. If received via freight, note (at once) the damage on the driver copy and on your copy of the freight bill. Require the driver to sign both copies. This protects you and enables you to file a claim with the carrier. If concealed damages become apparent upon unpacking, keep the carton in which the damaged goods were packed and call the freight company for an inspection. RETURNS Items returned within 30 days must require a customer invoice (proof of original purchase). Freight must be prepaid and all merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Sorry, no returns on non-stock or special orders. SPECIAL ORDERS We custom build showcases and other items. Nonstock or custom order require a 50% down payment at the time the order is placed. By phone, call 1-800-875-8280 or 206-622-7000. You can also fax us, give us the description of the time(s) you need along with the product number from the our store catalog. If not, give us as much description as possible. If we have a question, we will call you back to confirm the order to prevent any delays and reshipment due to order errors.
